Du möchtest einen Artikel zurücksenden? Folge einfach diesen Schritten, um deine Retoure abzuwickeln.

1. Paket vorbereiten

Verpacke die Artikel, die du zurücksenden möchtest, möglichst in ihrer Originalverpackung. Lege bitte auch den Retourenschein bei, sofern vorhanden.

2. Rücksendung versenden

Sende dein Paket ausreichend frankiert an folgende Adresse:

Wichtig:

• Die Kosten für die Rücksendung sind vom Kunden selbst zu tragen.

• Wir empfehlen dringend, die Rücksendung mit Sendungsverfolgung zu versenden.

• Bitte bewahre den Versandbeleg und die Sendungsnummer auf.

• Geht eine Rücksendung ohne Sendungsverfolgung verloren, können wir den Versand nicht nachvollziehen und daher keine Rückerstattung für eine nicht bei uns eingegangene Sendung garantieren.

3. Rückerstattung erhalten

Sobald deine Rücksendung bei uns eingegangen ist und geprüft wurde, erstatten wir den entsprechenden Betrag über deine ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode.

Hinweise zur „3 FÜR 2“-Aktion

Bei unserer „3 FÜR 2“-Aktion erhältst du drei Artikel zum Preis von zwei. Bitte beachte bei einer Rücksendung folgende Bedingungen:

• Vollständige Rücksendung: Wenn du alle Artikel deiner Bestellung zurücksendest, wird der entsprechende Gesamtbetrag gemäß den geltenden Rückgabebedingungen erstattet.

• Teilretoure: Wenn du nur einen oder mehrere Artikel aus einer Aktionsbestellung zurücksendest, wird der Rabatt neu berechnet. Die behaltenen Artikel werden zum regulären Preis abzüglich weiterhin gültiger Rabatte berechnet.

• Versandkosten: Die Kosten für die Rücksendung trägt der Kunde selbst.

Diese Regelung sorgt für eine faire und transparente Abwicklung unserer Rabattaktion.

Returns & Refunds

Want to return an item? Simply follow these steps to complete your return.

1. Prepare Your Package

Pack the items you wish to return, preferably in their original packaging. Please also include the return slip, if available.

2. Ship Your Return

Send your package with sufficient postage to the following address:

Important:

• Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

• Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

• If a return shipment without tracking gets lost, we cannot trace the package and therefore cannot guarantee a refund for a shipment that never reaches us.

3. Receive Your Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, the applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.

With our “3 FOR 2” promotion, you receive three items for the price of two. Please note the following conditions when returning items purchased as part of this offer:

• Full Return: If you return all items from your order, the applicable total amount will be refunded in accordance with our return policy.

• Partial Return: If you return only one or more items from a promotional order, the discount will be recalculated. Any items you keep will be charged at their regular price, minus any discounts that still apply.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
